BUYER/SELLER BEWARE !!!

Please consider this review before you work with May Pham to purchase, sell or lease your next house! She is very smart, efficient in working with buyers and sellers and will make your transaction go so smooth, so fast that you will be amazed and speechless. May has high IQ and EQ, so she will be the best connection between you and the other parties. Her negotiation skills helped us purchase a house by winning over more than 10 bids (which were higher than ours), and we closed our new home within 20 days from the day we saw it with her.

May is the best there is in the market, so look no further!!!! Her passion for helping match people up with their dream homes shines through every little detail, every extra step she takes to go wayyyy above and beyond. Not only did she find us our dream home, she also led us through every step of the closing process with such ease and gave us amazing recommendations along the way whenever we needed them, be it lenders, inspectors, or even handymen and contractors. You can just tell her sunny personality makes her extremely well-liked by everyone she interacts with and in turn makes her incredibly well-connected and resourceful, and we as her clients got to share in that wealth of knowledge and resources she has accumulated. We loved her so much that we immediately signed her on to help us list our first home for lease, and again she blew us away with the experience - 14 days from listing to lease commencement! We actually had to hurry up our moving plans because we didn't expect to be able to find good tenants that quickly - in retrospect, we should have known May would exceed our expectations just as before.
